In addition, Ancilla's 2x rate in a vacuum is absurdly low compared to the "standard" character-specific rate (normally closer to Eustace/Beatrice), and that was not the case with Anira. The advertisment only said "New" and "Rate Increase," and going by precedence and wording there was no reason to believe that Ancilla's rate would be 1/5th the rate of the other two new characters. What isn't par the course is having a smaller rate increase for a specific, extra-desirable, and limited character despite advertising said character alongside other newcomers with higher rates. Selective rate-ups and absurdly low rates are par the course. ![]() ![]() Using that image, what you see is that the drop rate for those two equally-new characters was 4-5x higher (64 and 61 vs 13) than Ancilla, and Ancilla herself had a rate-up barely higher than standard deviance on some non-event characters (13 vs 12 and 11, other characters are 2-10). ![]() This summon event also came with two other new characters - Eustace and Beatrice (highlighted orange/blue).
